Casa Paixanita is a real typical Olhao house. Authentic, original, unique. The house is located in the downtown area of Olhao, in the historic neighborhood of Barreta, known for its narrow, multi-storey houses and their belvedere at the top facing the sun and the sea. It is located on a pedestrian street, with no traffic, in a very quiet area and a few meters from the Ria Formosa. Its privileged location makes it easy and quick to access the famous Olhao Markets, the pier for the genuine Armona, Culatra and Farol islands, the marina and the famous fish, seafood and typical restaurants.

Paixanita is the narrowest house in Olhão and consists of 4 floors:
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor there is an open-space kitchen and living room (with air conditioning) and a bathroom with walking shower.
1ST FLOOR
On the 1st floor there is the master bedroom (with air conditioning) and luggage room.
2ND FLOOR
On the 2nd floor a smaller double bedroom (no air conditioning) and you will find a terrace with hot shower and a private heated jacuzzi, which you will not want to miss all year round.
3RD FLOOR
On the 3rd floor there is a leisure and dining area, where you can enjoy the sun or dinner overlooking the white roof terraces of this cubist city.
Children are welcome, but as there are many steep stairs, for their own security, Casa Paixanita is not recommended for children under 8 years old.
Also, due to the fact that it is a historic area, parking near the property may not be easy.
